"I rarely get my nails done but decided to for a special occasion. The guy that did my nails was rude and wasn’t listening to what I was asking for. After he was done he left behind the powder around my finger tips. I asked him to remove and he told me it was dry skin. Weird, I didn’t come in with dry skin. Sadly, I would not recommend."

"Y'all! When I say, I NEED THIS EXPERIENCE, I NEEDED IT!!! Venus has RESTORED my LOVE to go to the salon and pamer myself AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE, AS WELL AS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I got the Hawaiian Pedi and the WONDERFUL WOMAN who did it for me had HANDS OF MAGIC!!! BEST MASSAGE HANDS DOWN EVER!!! I've been in nail salons since I was 13! I was so welcomed there as it was my first time in, that I decided to add on a next Gen dip nail service with tip!! Worth every bit of it AND IT WAS SO AFFORDABLE!!!! Both ladies that accommodated me WERE SPECTACULAR!!! I 100% will be returning!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH - FROM ONE TIRED MAMA who really really NEEDED this"

"I've hesitated to write this review for several months, but after noticing several negative reviews and the management's dismissive responses, I feel compelled to share my experience. In the past, the female owner/manager provided professional NexGen nail services, despite her often speaking in her language with a tone and expressions that seemed angry—unprofessional in a customer service setting. After a break, I returned for the convenience of the location. While her work was satisfactory, her associates delivered subpar results, with nails breaking easily and colors not matching the samples. The final straw came during my last visit when a male associate incorrectly assured me of a solid color application but delivered only a glaze. When I politely pointed this out, he reacted aggressively, yelling, pulling my hand and roughly redoing the nails. The owner was nearby and chose not to intervene, displaying what appeared to be disdain. I've never felt so disrespected at a service establishment and considered reporting the incident as assault. Their general demeanor suggests a disdain for customers, which is not sustainable in a competitive market. I've decided to advise my friends to avoid this business, and I encourage others to do the same."

"Thought I had found a good salon with an awesome nail tech but I was wrong! Lynn did my nails for the second time and I absolutely loved them, she does a great job! They were just a little long for my liking and hard to work on a computer (which I do all day). I went in today after getting them done yesterday. I walked in and told the woman at the front what I needed and she rolled her eyes at me as she stood up to tell me where to sit. I paid an extra $10 for the coffin shape. After she shortened them and filed them, they look like square shapes now. Definitely will not be going back which I hate because I love how Lynn does my nails! Now l will be filing my nails at home to make them a bit smoother and not so sharp. Felt completely rushed and felt like they were talking about me while looking at my nails and laughing. Response to owner: I’m putting a picture of my nails the last time Lynn did them to show the length which was perfect. She was able to do them a coffin shape and kept them shorter. Also… why would I ask you to fix them if you acted like you didn’t want to do them in the first place?"
