"I was assisted by a female (I cannot find her card with her name at present) who was very helpful and courteous. I needed a recall taken care of, but I also used the wrong bolt size for a license plate cover and it got stuck, so I asked if they could get my license plate off as well. They did and they did not charge me extra, thank goodness! I really appreciated the female took the time to explain different things about the maintenance of my vehicle and highlighted at what milage different services were needed. I have not always received this level of service at this location, and I’m thankful to see this change. Well done to her and to the guy who successfully got my license plate off! Well done!!"

We needed new vehicle and had it narrowed down to a Nissan or a Honda, decided to stop at Nissan first and it was late evening on Friday, talked with Crockett who was knowledgeable on the vehicle lineup and could answer all my questions. Great service and great salesmanship from him. We came in next day Saturday morning and went through with the purchase. Very fast and smooth transaction."

"I’m always happy with the service and the agents at SouthWest Nissan service center. Liz was a great agent, very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. David is another agent who has always taken great care of me while making me feel at home. One of the agents was even kind enough to come help me get my key fob out from under the driver’s seat when I dropped it and it fell where I couldn’t reach. That meant a lot to me because I have a chronic back injury and can’t do stuff like that without pain. Appreciate you all always going above and beyond like that!"

"Lucas, my service advisor, was incredible! He was professional and always kept me advised of everything that was occurring. My car was there for two months due to parts having to be back ordered. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle for the duration and called me when the parts arrived, and advised of expected install time. Lucas never dropped the ball and was consistently upfront with me when other unexpected issues arose. Southwest Nissan should be extremely proud of him as he is the person you want assisting your customers."
