"Very impersonal. Despite having your style in a databank, the "stylists" always look at you like they don't know how to cut hair and seem very put off by having to do their job. Then your names get deleted on the wait list multiple times, and they keep asking for your names like you haven't already told them 4 times. Never have been happy here. Better off at an actual stylist."
"They normally do a pretty good job on the hair cutting but I just went in maybe 10 or 15 minutes before closing right after I got off of work and two girls were in there cutting hair and there was a third sitting in a chair. I asked if they had time for one more and a dark-haired girl looked over and said no with a smile on her face so I left and she never looked back. It must be nice to work in a profession to where your closing time is 6:00 but you technically close earlier so that you can get off on time. I'm a plumber and I'm not allowed to leave a job no matter what time it is until the job's done. That's next level lazy to where you can't stay an extra 5 or 10 minutes to handle customers."

"Love love LOVE my wolf cut!!!! Can't remember the name of the lady who cut my hair but she was AMAZING! Very sweet, great conversationist, and very professional! I recommend this location to all!"
"I tried this place for the first time (won't ever go back). My fade was terrible it looks like I have a straight line going through my hair. She never touched the left side of my hair so it is still super long, she also didn't touch my cowlick so my hair is standing straight up in the back."
