"I've been to Poncho's Nails 3 times for a manicure and a full set/fill and once for a pedicure. The prices are great, the techs are skilled artists and they're careful with sensitive skin. They have a vast color selection and, if you want nail art, they can get it done. They take walk-ins most days and appointments, which are easy to schedule. All of the staff are great, but Cristy is my go-to tech. I've received more compliments on my nails since I started going here, than I have in 30 years of salon nails."

"I loved the environment and the girls i was very comfortable right off, I got a beautiful set of stiletto nails and a black shellac pedicure. Just unfortunately upon further inspection I noticed that they seemed rather thin and flat, never having gotten this shape before in my life I assumed it was the norm. The next day I ended up breaking two nails in a span of 15 minutes. I’ve never broken a nail so quickly let alone much in the time I’ve ever gotten acrylics. I went to the shop the next day and explained I was just here and was recognized and welcomed right off, my two nails were fixed at no charge. I did notice a clear difference in shape, feel, and stability from the 8 others to the 2 new. I spoke to Ana after this and she let me know that every artist has their own style, technique of doing things and it’s all just a matter of asking/telling your preference when you hit the chair. I wasn’t aware of this but was happy to know especially since it makes perfect sense. Ana also offered to fix the others if they weren’t to my satisfaction but I was on a time crunch and wasn’t able to at the moment, she gave me reassurance and her card to call or come in when I was able to get them fixed. I was a first time customer and I’ll be happy to spend my money there again on nails, completely worth it and I’m proud to say I think I finally found “my spot”"

In fact, all of the nail techs do an awesome job. I highly recommend this beautiful, friendly, and welcoming nail salon."
