"The last 3 times I've gone Ann cuts me and always come out bleeding. Yesterday I went and as soon as she started I let her know I had acrylic and that I wanted to remove. She went on doing my pedi without removing the acrylic so I let her know again and she got mad. She went on saying it would take her more time and she would charge more, to what I agreed to pay. Then she starts tugging and pulling to remove the acrylic so she cut my nails so short cuz they got damaged of her pulling them off. It hurt so bad. I will never go again."
