Just-A-Cut

"The ladies talk too much. Went to take my little brother to get a haircut, and they were still doing one client at a time. Keep in mind there were two ladies cutting hair per client."

"PLEASE. DO NOT COME HERE. This place seriously traumatized me. My kid will shake when he sees a haircut place because of them. The lady from here cut my son. I asked her to use a protector before she started. She didnt listen. My son was doing so good and was so still. Trust me. I don't lie and I will tell u exactly when my kids are being horrible or not. This lady was talking being irresponsible, looking around and holding 2 machines in one hand and cut my son. THEN BLAMED IT ON HIM & Told the mgr that he moved. I was SERIOUSLY speechless shocked, horrified."

"I have a 2 year old who is intolerant of haircuts, I was nervous about coming here because not everyone has patience with kids. After one of the ladies gave my son a haircut, which he did well, I knew I had to come back. Almost two months later, I took my son back and was scared at first! But Linda talked to him in a calm voice and he was able to sit on his own and tolerate the entire hair cut without a fuss! Extremely satisfied with these ladies. I recommend!"

"I just left the Weslaco Just A Cut at 1004-E S. Texas Blvd by the HEB store just south of the expressway. Never again will I go there! The young girl was not qualified. She was inept, slow and chopped my hair up badly! I got a 3rd class hack job! I had to go someplace else to make it look presentable! More money out of my pocket I can't afford! But the second salon fixed it...very nicely. The young woman barely spoke English but she said she understood what I wanted. No she didn't. With the first cut, she took off way too much length. By this time, it was too late to change it. Then she argued with me saying she did what I asked. She obviously didn't understand. I was very upset. She needs a job...ok. I get it. But what she did to my hair was beyond awful. Aren't they required to pass exams before being licensed? My hair grows slowly so I don't want to hear "It's just hair. It'll grow out." This Just a Cut is not nearly as good as it used to be. I had been there before and got a great cut. The Facebook page showed only bad reviews. I should have read them first. Oh and here's a fun fact... The shampoo she used smelled exactly like Pine Sol! I love Pine Sol but only on my floors. Not on my hair! I am so angry I could cry! BEWARE! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A GOOD HAIRCUT!"

"Worst haircut ever. I wanted a simple “v” cut and I got short layers instead. The front looks incredibly choppy with hairs longer than others. She didn’t even brush my hair entirely out before cutting. She didn’t part my hair at all. I promise you don’t want to go here. Unless your haircut is to go bald."
