"I walked in, the lady was speaking with a customer. Then I waited for my turn. Another customer enters and the lady asks what she needs, she must be het friend because they spoke in Spanish. I left the store, the lady needs better customer service training. I said " i was waiting for you, I may have to come back", and she replied that is ok.
