"It’s always great coming here. Their service is great even when they are about to close"
"The 5 female teenage employees seemed a bit lost and unsure of what they needed to doing. Not sure of what to do as the store was out of bananas and she looked bewildered when she told me. What was actually concerning is the male mid 30’s manager hitting on a teenage girl , who had skipped 2 grades, all thought the 30 min interview at the table behind us while we waited for our snow cones. I would think her phone number would be on her resume, and was surprised when he asked for it at the end of the ‘interview’. She had the same look as the teenagers working, so I’m sure he will be giving her a call in a few days as he promised. We love the Katy location and never have had a bad experience there. I recommend that you take the extra 10 min drive and avoid this location."
"Went to 1463 location at 8:25pm to find the doors locked. Hours on the door listed 9pm as the closing time. Two teenage girls were working inside sweeping and getting ready to leave. They knew we were at the door but completely ignored us. I checked the hours online and the closing time again was 9pm? Did the teenagers just decide they wanted to close early? Obviously no adult management was on site and are obviously not doing an adequate job in their position. If times have changed someone should have made the appropriate changes to the online information and to the signage on the front door. Poorly run and managed."
"Not a great experience. Lots of little details that added up to a bad experience. The place didn’t smell clean when we walked in. The floors were sticky everywhere we stepped, and every table was dirty. I wiped ours down on my own. Seems like there’s not clear leadership or processes in place to make this spot the best it can be."
