"I’m a frequent visitor to Starbucks, and while I enjoy the brand overall, my experiences at this particular location have consistently been disappointing. Every time I’ve visited, there has been some sort of issue, which is not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. On my most recent visit, I requested a Honey Citrus Mint Tea, but with a twist - I wanted it over ice. To my surprise, my request was denied. I was told that this was not how the drink is typically served, and they couldn’t accommodate my simple request for customization. This was particularly disappointing because Starbucks is known for its willingness to customize drinks to customer preferences. To make matters worse, I had to improvise to get my desired drink by requesting additional cups and ice. The hot tea was filled to the very brim of the cup, making it a scorching and hazardous task to transfer the liquid between cups. As I attempted to juggle the hot tea, I ended up burning my fingers, adding insult to injury. The refusal to make a small adjustment to my order, coupled with the inconvenience and discomfort I experienced, left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It’s a stark contrast to the positive experiences I’ve had at other Starbucks locations, where the baristas go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as customer service and flexibility are key to maintaining the high standards that Starbucks is known for. It would be great to see improvements at this location to match the quality of service found at other Starbucks stores."

"They just hire whoever and don’t give the proper training to make drinks properly per the recipes! I just got back in town from Utah and Las Vegas. Let me tell you (2) different states and multiple different Starbucks locations and all of them made the drinks exactly the same! Why can’t these ppl follow a recipe! They SUCK! They drinks are terrible and the presentation is worse! Hire and train properly!!!!! I hope the Gm sees this because I’m fed up with this Mickey Mouse situation they have going on!"

"I usually love this location. But today I saw signs that holiday gifts were 30% off. No dates were posted, just signs saying 30% off. When I went to purchase the mug I was told the sale starts tomorrow. Why put signs all over the display if you aren't going to honor it? False advertising! I'm disappointed!"

"Update after 2 years of trying this place: In addition to all issues addressed below, this location has no internet connection. Every time I come here I have to use my cellular data. When I asked when the internet is back, the response was we had this issue for weeks, but no resolution! It is the worst place of you like to do some quality work! I won’t come here anymore, expect for getting some quick drinks and go. —— It is a new Starbucks, but not a good place to work or study! I come here very often, just because it is the closest one to my place. However, every time I experience some issues. Once it was too crowded that I didn't find any seat. Another time, a staff started cleaning and dusting so hard that I hardly could breath. And today, all of a sudden a staff showed up, moved up the cabinet and started scrubbing the floor with harsh chemicals, something like a heavy bleach! I am sensitive to chemicals and cannot stand the smell of chemicals! I don't know why the staff here don't wait until the end of the day for clean-up. It is 7:00 pm now and they are open 3 more hours at least! Oh NOOOO.... she started again... now cleaning inside the cabinets with chemicals! My eyes are burning. I am starting to have headache! Another cons is the staff at the cashier don't pay any attention to people who are standing to place an order. I had to wait a long time until someone bother with my order. I am NOT coming to this Starbucks any more. Enough is enough!"
