"I went 2 x for a haircut, the first time Francis cut my hair perfectly. The second time, I left with a nightmare. She thined my hair drastically. With just enough hair left that I can comb over and hide the 1/4" hair she left all over my head. I am so upset, I keep asking myself why she did this? Why would she think this was ok to do? Will I go back, NO."
