"Dollar General stores are asking for a drivers license from EVERYONE for beer and cigarettes AND THEY ARE SCANNING IT INTO THEIR COMPUTER SYTEMS!!! I am 57 yrs old and have been going to the same Dollar General almost every day going on 7 years now. This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever seen. My husband is 64 yrs old and same thing each time we go to DG. I can see asking for ID if you don't look 30-40 yrs old but scanning anyones Drivers License is way too far. DG is going to lose customers over this. I know we are done having our private information tracked by DG!!!"
