"I got my toes & nails done Saturday the 8th I was the last one there. when I get in my car I noticed one of my toe nails had no polish on it, they were closing so I just left I woke up next morning with no polish on them except 2… but my nails I love !!!"

"Worst customer service! The first time I went in all the nail/owner lady (Lynn) wanted to talk about was Deluxe Nail owner and her sister, how they fued and run there business. And how they run business different which I was like ok fine. Second time I went in she was very upset, I asked her several times if she was ok and she said her allergies was getting the best of her but was very nice to new people coming in. This last and final time she yelled at me and said she was only taking appts but clearly was not. I don’t know this women but what she displayed was unprofessional and very embarrassing. Every single time I went in it just got worse and worse. I know Deluxe nails has alot of customers and sometimes the wait time can be long but they have never displayed any of this behavior as Lynn from Queen Nails. I will never return or recommend Queen Nails Ever or her second business Pho."
