"3strikes your out. Today was the 3rd time prescriptions were not ready on time. This time it was “our system went down for an hour”. Always an excuse. Took the script across the street to CVS and they filled it in 20 minutes. When you have sick children who need their meds do not rely on this location for help."

"Ordering online for pickup sucks. They don't send you update of items not available but went to store and there it was plenty on shelve."

"Walgreens pharmacy is a hit or miss. I get great service at times and get bad service other times. Horizon City Walgreens never has one medication I ask for in stock. Like ever. McRae Walgreens most of the time they do. I like the 24 hour convenience because my work schedule is awful. I hate feeling like I’ll miss my window in the Horizon store. I’ve never had an issue with the staff in both places. Very professional. It’s like I said hit or miss.."

"Be ready to spend at least 30-45 minutes on line at the pharmacy. Whether it’s drive thru or in-store, they are always with long and slow lines. There’s never been an instance when I successfully received my prescriptions without any issue. I’ll call to make sure they are ready and when I arrive they aren’t. I’ve been sent back and forth from this location to another pharmacy TWICE since they have no idea what they are doing."

"Why does this pharmacy have a phone if they literally never answer it? I've been on hold now for 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up so I know when I can go get my med. It rings, someone picks up, then immediately puts me back on hold. Then annoying hold music for a long time, then the cycle repeats. SO FRUSTRATING. It's like this every single time I've tried to talk with someone at the actual location. The app and automated system and centralized phone center can't help. UGH"
