"Had an appointment for a covid test. They sent me several confirmation emails. I waited 20 minutes at the drive thru to be told they don't have the appointment. They wouldn't do it though I showed them the confirmation. I took over 30 mi uses off work for nothing. Very disorganized and unhelpful. I followed the exact instructions I received. Maybe they should too."
"Went in on Saturday and noone greeted me not even the manager on duty who came out to open a register after we were waiting in line for a good while. As a manager you should be nice, let the customers know someone will be with them not just pass by us with attitude because you have to actually work. I have a rewards card and I did not know my balance until after my purchase which I would have been able to use that for my purchase but the manager who assisted me did not even tell me I had an available balance to use. Horrible customer service."
