"I went today for a pedicure and I waited for the water to fill a little before I put my feet in the water. The water was perfect. I was happy just sitting there waiting for my service to begin. My lady came and asked what pedicure we wanted and I got the deluxe. The lady took the nozzle spray and sprayed my feet with scolding hot water. I jerked back my feet and hit the pedicure bowl with my heel. My heel is swollen and top of my foot is burnt. I don't no why I didn't leave then but she apologized. I was looking at the colors and she started the pedicure process. She dug a little too far and I pulled back again. She told me I jump alot and she's been easy with me the whole time. My definition of easy is alot different than hers. Just RUDE!"
"First, I asked for purple and got blue. Second, paint didn't last 10 minutes. Third, I felt rushed. The guy doing my pedicure kept looking at the other people waiting like he couldn't get to them soon enough. Forth, states 10% discount on website, but I didn't get a discount."
"Had a pedicure, brow wax and almond shaped acrylic nails done before going to a special event out of town. Staff was friendly but my nails look like a child did them. Thick, rough edged, not on straight? Lines not smooth, Etc. I did not notice until I left Very disappointed."
