"My family and I really love and enjoy coming to this nail salon. Everyone is so welcoming and all strive to satisfy. The facility is one of the cleanest and nicest I have seen in Midland in a while. I have been going to Nancy for 10 years now she always does an amazing job! I definitely recommend 10/10!"
"I asked for an acrylic fill. This would be my second fill on my current set (done well at a different place). Would not do a fill, was trying to give me a new set. I didn’t want a new set! It looked like he messed up my acrylic with how he filed, but I’m not a nail technician so I’m honestly not sure. Just asked him to take it off and give me a gel set at this point. He filed very roughly and dug into my natural nail and left marks. They are throbbing. I am so upset I couldn’t even speak after that. He would not listen and I did my best to understand and communicate clearly but it just was not working. I just wanted a fill! I did not come in with a bad set they were perfectly fine for a fill! I came back in and they blamed it on the last person who did my nails who had done a phenomenal job. I added the picture of sparkly silver French for reference of my the nails I came in with, with 3 weeks grow out. I had not noticed any lifting or peeling."
