"I do not recommend this salon , and if you do go here do not EVER get your hair done by MARIO he was very aggressive and pulling my hair i asked for a carmel kind of brown & i get this orange color he was very rude when i told him i didn't really like it he said " that's your fault " he was very rude & unprofessional i told him i've always had my hair long to please not cut it short & he proceeded to cut my hair to my shoulders i then went & talked to the owner about it & she told me he has "30 years of experience " but proceeded to tell me he kept asking her if he was " doing everything right " , my mom went with me to the salon and was there when the OWNER told us mario kept checking in , i had told him in my consult that i had gotten my hair dyed before a while back and he still did my hair after my hair was done he told me " i probably should've done a test strand " he didn't tell me i needed toner at all until my hair was almost done & i had already paid $240 !"

"I visited for the very first time a little over a week ago. I loved the atmosphere. It was very clean and welcoming. TJ was my stylist and she was very friendly. She took her time with my hair and wanted to make sure that I left happy. I know the owner from a long time ago and it was great to see the care and passion she has put into her salon!"

"Absolutely best hair color and cut I've received in Midland. I saw Mary King (owner). She did exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back. Details...went in for color correction, covering gray roots, and a modern curtain bang/layered cut. I wanted blended coloring (no chunky highlights) and soft, flowy layers. It came out perfect."

"I went to the Salon and never had problems. This time I had one lady that I’ve never used do my hair. She destroyed my hair. My hair was down to almost to my bottom. Now it’s right below my chest. When she pulled the highlight foil off, over half of the length of my hair was still in the foil burnt off. I was livid. But I didn’t make a scene. She left the highlights and toner in my hair for 3-4 hours. The whole process took 5 hours. When I just needed a root touch-up. She redid everything. I now have a huge blond patch on the back right side on top of my hair. Also around my face where she did the blond highlights, I lost so much length as well as full damage. Those pieces are fried. I just went in for my roots to be touched up like I have been for a year. The owner tried to fix my hair but I already lost over 6” from the damage. The owner only compensated $60 from the $228. I had to buy a Split Ender product ($158) to try to tame it a little at the ends. If I want to ever come back. I would only use two people. The owner and Alicia. They do an amazing job. This review only pertains the work that was done recently by one lady."

"When your stylist of years is no longer available it is frustrating trying to find that “one” again. After several good but not good enough stylist tries, I landed a last minute booking with Mallory. She listened, she looked at my pictures, and we discussed my options. The results- AMAZING. My search is over, what a find. Mallory is cheerful and friendly, made the time fly by. Quodos to Lexi the very helpful - friendly receptionist."
