"I called in to schedule a hair appointment in a weeks advance and setup an appointment with the hair stylist, Kendall. On the day of my appointment another hairstylist told me that Kendall was unable to reach me by phone or text. After I told her that I did not receive any calls or texts. This person suggested that the receptionist Ofelia must of had noted my number incorrectly! I drove 2 hours from Balmorhea to have my hair color to this 4 Stars Hair Salon which I’m very disappointed on how this was handled."

"After driving around town to 3 different salons, getting turned down because my hair was damaged no one wanted to touch it. None of them even actually looked at my hair. But when i walked in to ray clark i waa greeted right away and they brought a stylist to look at my hair she did my hair right then and there and im amazed how great it looks after what its been through. She listen to what i asked shes great!! Thank you sooo much Patty!!!"
"I have been following my stylist, Patti, around to various salons. She's that good! Ray-Clark Salon is a nice place. The decor is modern and trendy. Upon entering, the stylist that was working on a client stopped to ask how she could help me, FYI the receptionist was out to lunch. I told her I was there to see Patti and she invited me to have a seat and even offered a me drink of water while I waited. So far, so good. The shopping center the salon is located in has quite a few popular spots, i.e. Starbucks, Grub Burger Bar, Heroes Gym, etc. so I had a difficult time finding a parking spot in the very busy and crowded parking spot. Get there early enough to look for a parking spot or allow ample time to walk from your parking spot to the salon."
"Love this salon! My hairdresser is Darlene, and she knows how to cut and style long hair without cutting too much off. I get my hair cut every six weeks to ensure it doesn't break off, and this salon knows all about hair, color and nails!"
