"First time customer, Philly steak had very little meat and cheese. Would have been better if it had more of both. Also, she forgot to add my cookie. No apology or anything except a rude puzzled look. Service at window was not pleasing, polite or friendly. Will not be back."

"I ordered the smokehouse sub with just the meat and cheese medium size. It was delicious the bread was toasted perfectly ,the brisket sliced ultra thin and was not dry at all plus the cheddar cheese complimented the whole sandwich.i will definitely be ordering this again. Thank u very much !"

"Worst firehouse you can go to. Been here a few times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke but it's consistently terrible. They don't put any meat on the sandwiches, the pictures are even more of a laugh than usual fast food places. There's so little meat it may as well be subway. Guess what the picture is supposed to be"

"Been here 4 different times and each time it has been worth spending money for. Shout out to the two ladies making sandwiches today who did a great job. The Club on a Sub is my favorite. Woulda taken pictures of the sandwich but I was hungry and who wants to see crumbs?"
