"We order for delivery on a regular basis. Tonight the salad was to be delivered shortly after 8. Then as we were waiting we got a cancelation notice. I called the store and I was told there were no deliveries because of their Christmas party at 7. Our order was accepted online I was told to call the boss tomorrow but our money would be refunded. Poor business practices to accept orders and then cancel as we were waiting for delivery. party at 7"
"Have been stopping by this location for lunch several times. Today experienced bad customer service. Lady at the counter could not understand English and her counterpart at the register named Angel shot back at me as to how she was not a magician to understand what I needed when I went back and asked for some oil on my salad as it was missing and I knew I had requested it. Angel had a very bad attitude. Never coming back."
"I just came to this location across the street from where I live and I was disappointed with how much food they gave me (for the same price!) and I really am not greedy when it comes to food but I definitely notice the difference between this location and other ones. The ladies who were working there also did not come across friendly at all. I won’t be coming back here in the future, I would rather go to another location even if it’s a farther drive."
"I am absolutely disgusted. I have been here several times and have had no issues. I found a long black piece of hair in my food immediately after opening my salad. I didn’t even take one bite. I only have an hour lunch so I cannot drive back. I am hungry, disappointed and disgusted. Please do better"
"Nice restaurant. Very bright & impeccably clean. This was a first time visit. I chose a small spring mix. You able to have them add as many toppings as you like. I added eggs & spicy chicken for protein. A small amount of ginger lemon dressing. My initial thought was I will never be able to eat all of it. It was light and so good I ate almost all of it. In the future I would get the croutons on the side. All of the other toppings would have been fine to save for later. I had Chinese unsweetened black tea, it was really good. My hubby had the white bean soup and whole wheat croissant he enjoyed both. I will definitely go back before I leave Houston."
