"Stopped in today by chance. I got the rainbow chicken bowl. Chicken was perfect as was the Portuguese rice. Hubby got 1/2 chicken and was very satisfied. I love haloumi and their appetizer with chili jam is wonderful. Will definitely be back to try more. Met the manager, very nice. The staff were attentive and friendly."

"Great food and service. Went on a Sunday so I was expecting to be crowded, and it was. I had to wait ~20 minutes to be seated, which was not bad. Food quality was great and all the staff is super friendly. I tried the Caesar wrap but will definitely come back to try other menu items."

"I guess with all the buzz and all I expected a little more than what it is. The place and atmosphere are really good. It’s clean , friendly staff and they are attentive too. They are clear on the instructions and has plenty of seating. Kind of hard to find parking during busy times. I expected a few more options of sauces. I guess all the other peri peri restaurants spoiled the experience for me. All the common taste in the sauce are sour. The base is sour in taste. The extra hot I thought would give me a hit but not so much . Wrap is okay . Dessert loved it. Very crisp and perfectly sweet . Portuguese rice can be better no flavors in it whatsoever. Chicken was tender and skewers can be more flavorful. Except the chicken I guess sauces disappointed me. Not my cup of tea :. But for people with Mild palette they would love it . Like my husband !"

"Just opened and it shows. Food was served cold, there was no steam coming off the food. Avocados were very ripe and hard, almost inedible. The fries were also served cold. Everything was mediocre at best. Was disappointed in this place as I am a fan of African food usually. First and last time eating here."

"Food was delicious and service was phenomenal! We ordered the 3 Chicken Thighs (which are boneless), hot, with Garlic Bread and Red Skin Mashed Potatoes, as well as a Spicy Chicken Caesar Pita with Portuguese Rice. I'd recommend the mashed potatoes over the rice. Got there around 8PM and it was fairly busy, which we expected for opening week. Our hostess, Sophia, was very nice and took our information down to text us when a table was ready. The wait was around 20 minutes, which was the lower end of the range we were quoted (20-30 min). We received a text and Sophia met us at the door and gave us a rundown of the menu after seating us. She gave us a physical menu, but you order and pay via a QR code at the table; however, we were told if we had any issues or questions we could go to the cashier, so I don't believe the QR code is a requirement. All of the servers were attentive from beginning to end! We'll definitely be back!"
