"ZERO MF STARS.. I DON’T HAVE ANYTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THIS SONIC. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I literally just went there for an ocean water at 6:21 pm it’s Sunday November 26. I stayed in line 15 minutes behind ONE PERSON. Once I got to the window she acted like she didn’t see me kept turning every which way except for toward my cup and the window. I explained to the cashier that I wanted my drink and handed her $5. I didn’t want the change just my drink because I am not feeling good I feel like I have a really high fever and it already took all my strength to get there. This lady at the register and what looked to be the manager were conversing laughing and giggling. acting like she didn’t see me. CHILD I JUST WANT MY DRINK. There was absolutely ZERO need for a route 44 to take over 20 minutes ZERO need to make ugly expressions at me which didn’t help her appearance get any better. I’m sad and I am sick of nasty customer service bruh I didn’t make you apply to this job."

"I ask my friend to go get me a drink I ask for limeade and he told they gave him a lemonade so I went back up 3 min later and I talk to Adriana amd Arturo the manager and they demanded a receipt. I said to my friend never received a receipt. So I never got my drink replaced and they have bad customers service"

"Our cashier's name was ADRIANA. She did a good job. When I asked for little ice she put little ice in my drink, a lot better than last time! The tables were clean and free if food, also a lot better than last time. Good was hot and ready. Fries had little salt and there was none on the counter l but I was able to get any without a problem."
