"I had not had Charley's Cheesesteaks in years. I didn't realize they were still around or operating in Texas. I was not disappointed at all. Food was great even though I ordered delivery. "I got it. Let's try it, and rate it 1 through 10... But seriously, here goes. At the mall, Charley's employees make the food right in front of you. Here, the kitchen is further away, and for it, you sacrifice nothing. The food seems fresher. I know for a fact it was hotter than any mall version, and I know. Charley's is my go-to for mall food. My fries are crispy. Cheese steak is cheesier. Overall better. Justin, who took my order seemed new but eager. Big smile and greeting from Justin and everyone, like they were glad I came in. Good feeling. And they were by no means dead. I think they need more road signs. We can't have good locations like this disappearing like they sometimes do. Also, get the app. Get your rewards."
"Caitlyn was simply amazing. I was bragging so much my wife said I better not have a secret girlfriend. Great service, food was awesome. This will be the only Charley’s we visit. The service was perfect and the cooks made bomb @&) sandwiches"
