"Will not have my business again. Told us 2 or 3 days for a quote. They got someone from the dealership to us to try and buy the car (the entire time trying to make it sound like we wanted to sell it so they could lowball us) in that time frame but we didn't hear an update on even a quote for the work until 9 days later (after calling everyday for an update and being sent to voicemail and going in to dealership/ service center twice after their 2-3 day timeframe). They then sent us to a broken web page that wouldn't let us see and accept/decline on the quote. But at least when we came in they only took an hour to drive the car around front for us and give us the invoice. We were told that we could come back in to have the actual issue fixed on the 1st of January (Another ~2 weeks from when we picked up the car). Unsurprisingly we will not."
