"Bob is a big old fibber. Not nice, not friendly-actually quite rude. Explained he was a cancer survivor, didn't bother to ask if I was, if I understood, just walked away. Too sick to talk about what I need to do get my car inspected, but not too sick to stand in a garage with two other guys, without masks. You were rude and walked away while we were trying to ask questions, not banter, just clarify. You lied and said no one would inspect it without the windows doen. Not true. Not trying to infringe on your rights, merely trying to keep from going into Austin. Other people are immuno-compromised and are trying to avoid getting sick as well, but you have a blessed day"

"Went to get my car inspected today and I had the pleasure of meeting Bob. He was absolutely fantastic and very helpful with all my annoying questions I had. He had excellent customer service, and even though I didn’t pass my inspection he provided me with all the information an other services to get my car fixed. He explained everything so I could understand what needed to be done. I definitely would recommend him to get your vehicle inspected. He was very fast and has a great sense of humor.
