"The food was good the atmosphere on the outside was a little scary a lot of stragglers hanging around and the sandwich artist was not customer service friendly at all. I asked for a water cup and he didn't give me one."

Had to wait at least 8 minutes for the bread to be ready, Flatbread was frozen and had to be thawed. Could not have steak, it had just come off the truck and was frozen. Completely dissatisfied. Will never go to that location again. I took my entire hour lunch period have to wait to get my order that had been ordered and paid in advance. Would give no stars if that had been an option."
"Extremely helpful staff, all the subways usually feel the same but this one has a vibe! All the good subway promotional codes usually work in the app and it makes a joy of an experience for a UTA Student to make the most out of their lunch!"
"Ordered online and sandwich made wrong. I get it everyone mistakes but when there is a long line and I have to wait for at least 4 customers to get your mistake fixed is just not good customer service. I was on a time limit and ordered way ahead of time expecting a smooth process, not."
