"Terrible customer service . The girls there are so rude and hate their job . But it sucks to be a paying customer and have to have them play with your food bc they hate it . I kindly asked if she could add a “ little more “ seasoning to my tenders and you cant see her put it on all i saw was all of the other girls laughing . She added a bunch of seasong and then put butter to cover it . And once i got home it was all drain and full of seasoning . They also weren’t cook well . I called back and MERLE was just rude and she knows what she did, and she hung up on me . They were laughing at what they did . They need to be fired and get new people with customer serving skills ."

"My order was taken by a manager name Alexa. She told me my food would be done on 10min. It was and it was half done and not seasoned. There was seasoning on one side of the wings. And the fries still had undone fries visible. I asked if they could recook my fries, pointing out the fact that you could see non cooked fries. And hardly seasoned. She had her crew make more. Ask for more lemon pepper and because she had an attitude I ask her to just put it in a cup so she didn’t take my wings out of sight. Then ask her for an extra ranch. She tells me I have to pay which wouldn’t have been a problem if my food and her attitude was right. I calmly told her I shouldn’t have to pay considering my food was not right and a free ranch definitely doesn’t suffice my time and disappointment. She pushes back twice and with an attitude say “ she’ll give me one this time”. I ask who’s the manager still so calm and she still got an attitude and responds that she is. She thanked me for saying she was an a hole manager & encouraged me to tell corporate. They burnt my fries & over seasoned them I’m sure on purpose because the guy that was working with her went and whispered in the other lady ear on fries and took over. I paid $20 for a ten piece and two fries just to be handle with disrespect. I’ll never go there again because somebody doesn’t know how to pick the management team."

"When I order a combo, and if I pick coke, and it says Coke on the receipt, that is what I expect. I do not want water. That is what I got , not to mention my delivery driver drop my food on the floor. I called the store phone number more than five times and no one picked up. The store needs to do better."

"This Wingstop location is very professional in regards to the staff. They get your food out as soon as possible (Avg wait time: 20-30 minutes) We always come here and the wings are delicious and perfectly tossed in the sauce of your choice. This time I decided to try the Chicken sandwich and it was very delicious! Highly recommend this place for your cravings."
