"Wow. The appointment scheduler was one of the most rude people that I have ever talked to in a business setting. When I went to schedule/find a time to drop off the vehicle, I work 7-5, she said they only accept vehicles from 7:30-4:45. When I was about to ask if I could drop off after hours, I was given, well we have other things outside of work that we have to do. I understand that we all work but when you make snide remarks towards a customer, there is no reason to give you business. I believe she forgot that customer service comes first. Not to mention that she is not the only place that offers body work."
"*Edit* Thanks Niel! The work was absolute trash. NO ONE From Caliber has called or responded to my emails, regardless of what they put on my review. Someone 1/2 blind with a rattle can of silver paint and duct tape could've done a better job. How does it look now? Chipped paint all over the front end. Clear coat was/is a joke. Paint and prep work on 3 specific areas of the bumper cover had to be re-addressed, but only one was "fixed" and even then the re-paint was terrible. I was told the entire cover would be removed and re-painted, but it was not. They re-painted over paint chips, and it looks terrible now. Yeah, paint and clear coat chips about a month after almost $10k worth of paint and body work. I've taken 3 vehicles there (including this one) but after this "work", never again. I could continue on, but I'm out of space."
