"Sunday, 1/25/24: Getting breakfast for the family. Arrived at 10:28 am. Was ignored until 10:31 am. Tried to order 5 Big Country breakfasts, and was told by the manager: "sorry, we quit serving breakfast at 10:30 am." When I pointed out I'd been waiting, she simply said sorry, no exceptions."
"What I like about this place is the seating because you can seat the entire family together! It's always clean which amazes me being an ice cream place."
"I’ve eaten plenty of times at this location, & I feel like the quality has gone down. The food just isn’t as good. I feel like when I order 1 ice cream flavor, I can taste bits of another like they didn’t clean their scooper properly. Also, my chicken was undercooked one time. I ended up being fine but major food safety hazard, should be more careful checking if food is up to standards. I do like the having option of a waffle cone or a cake cone for ice cream though."
"They always do an amazing job! There is time when they are super busy but still are able to get to your food in a timely manner. My favorite is their Chili bowl! Delicious! We use it for snacking and at times for hotdogs. Thank you for everyone that works there. Great staff"
