"If you are using your insurance and hoping to pay minimum out of pocket then make sure you verify they only do the procedures which is covered by your insurance. One star for only giving discounts to your existing older accounts in such instances and not honoring any thing for new patients. I am going back to Heritage Dental in pflugerville."

"They pushed me into services that I originally declined, but they ultimately convinced me to do anyway. I paid my bill in store like I always do. Months later, they are hounding me for collections because the service they pushed me into was not covered by insurance, which was part of the reason I declined it in the first place. Now their collections team is continuously calling me to settle the balance, and refuse to make adjustments. Don't waste your time here."

"UPDATE: thanks for the prompt automated response! However if you read my review you would have seen I have emailed Charolette with no response! I have been going to Castle for several years. In the beginning Dr A which has moved from Pflugerville location to the Braker Lane location was amazing. So amazing I referred her to others I knew. November 2023 I went in and she gave me my list of work she suggested to be done. We started to work on the tooth with the most issues which I was told would need a fill or a cap. Once she began working on the tooth the pain was excruciating and I began to bleed a lot. She told me we would go over options when she was done. At which point she leaves me with her cell number and a script for antibiotics claiming the tooth was infected and will now need a root canal. After a couple weeks of being sick from the weather I return and they ask for payment for all the work they want to do and I pay. I go to the back and talk with the Dentist that would be doing the root canal we talk awhile and I leave. I call the office and ask for a refund and I am told that’s fine it would be 10 business days to hit my card. After the 10 days I still have not received it so I phone them to be told that I first have to sign a release of liability in order to receive my money. Mind you I am asking for money back on work not received. At this point we still haven’t received a refund for me or my partner they held his money as well. I am upset, so basically I have to sign a release in order to receive my refund for work not received? Nancy tells me it’s for the 1 tooth they started work on and they are refunding all money regarding that tooth. I ask if I can just come to the office to go over this. When I get there she has the form for me to sign and it releases ALL liability. I told her I did not feel comfortable signing this and it doesn’t seem legal to be forced to sign this to receive my money. She phones her boss and asks if they can change the verbiage and the boss responds it’s a generic form and it’s for the work not yet received for the amount I am wanting refunded. I ask if I HAVE TO SIGN to receive my money. She tells me no. So I clarify once again, I do not have to sign and I will receive all of my money she said that was correct. I told Nancy ok I do not want to sign I would like my money. She entered it into the computer and I still have not received my money and it’s been well over a month they have held my money. Conveniently Dr A and Nancy have moved locations and I have to go through all of this again with the new staff at Pflugerville. I have reached out to the regional Rachelle she has not phoned back. I emailed the automated Charolette, no response back, I’ve emailed Nancy with zero response. Can’t reach corporate at all and no one wants to refund my money they have held for over a month."

"I cannot stress more to avoid this location and Dr. Mihaela Atanasiu. She will misdiagnose you an effort to bill your more, especially if you're a DMO patient. She is unprofessional and looking to make profits and not actually care for people's dental health. Stay away."

"They are absolutely amazing in here,the Dentists personally delivered a blanket, because I was cold and nervous. Very gentle and very kind folks. Thanks y'all for all the little details, that most certainly made me feel relaxed during all my visits"
