"I’ve been a patient of Dr Burk for well over 10 years. Great staff, very caring. I ALWAYS have given a 5 star review. This time I had to give a 4 star due to the lengthy hard “selling speech” given during the cleaning about all the numerous procedures that need to be performed on my teeth. Some had never been mentioned previously and I am a “every 6-month patient”. On the flip side, I was complimented on “no bleeding gums”. Kind of confusing. I will continue to be a patient but was scratching my head at the hard-sell."
