"Dr. Dawson saves the day! I went to Ideal in crisis but I’m leaving renewed and restored. Just to put it in perspective I had a tooth that chipped, needed wisdom teeth removal and a root canal. He reassured me things weren’t as bad as they seemed and in the matter of a few weeks I’m feeling like new! His bedside manner, gentle touch and compassion made each visit easier. Last but definitely not least; the dental hygienist and assistants were so nice and professional. If you have any reservations or bad dental experiences put those to rest because Ideal is the best!"
"First of all, Dr. Dawson is AWESOME-IF you get to see him. My son and I used him for the past 4+ years. I told the office staff repeatedly that I did not want to see anyone except Dr. Dawson after a bad experience with a floating dentist. They never scheduled me with him. They kept scheduling me with other dentists. The last one I went to a couple of weeks ago was only cleaning my teeth, so I did not say anything. The drill he used HURT and made my teeth super sensitive to this day. He rushed through the cleaning with that drill on high. It was awful!! Sadly, I cannot go back. I do not understand why the office couldn't get it right. It is hard to find a good dentist. I will miss Dr. Dawson."
