"This was a bad experience. I should have known better when the older gentleman didn't even greet me when i walked in and i didn't even know he worked there until he answered the phone. There was a lady in back that i couldn't see but heard her cutting hair. So after he got off the phone I asked him if i could get a haircut to which he replied "i suppose so" and I got in the chair. My first indication that i made a mistake that i couldn't back out of now was when his shaky hands began cutting. The worse was when he fired up the clippers that was louder than my lawnmower.I believe its the original one he probably started out with 40 or 50 yrs ago. It was rattling like the screws were coming loose. Anyways, after a quick cut and getting him to thin the top of my hair some more i accepted what he had done knowing I'd have to have someone fix it for me and pay double. I paid and gave him a tip as he did get me in fast. i went home and had to get my girlfriend to finish trimming and thinning the sides as his shaking and the fact that he buzzed my ear twice with the clippers i couldn't trust him to actually finish it and get it straight. Sorry but I just can't recommend this fella. He was probably great back in the day but i think its time for him to hang up the scissors and definitely retire his clippers. The place was so old and outdated and i had to not take too many deep breathes as the smell of sardines was making me nauseated."

"I've used this Barber Shop for years and have a preference for seeing the same barber. Once I find one I like, I don't like getting my hair cut anywhere else. He's always friendly and knows what he is doing. I dread the day that he retires and I have to look for another barber shop. Prices are fair. Service is good."

"Took my 5 year old boy for a trim, nothing fancy. Place was dead, barber was reading when we got there. I had to have the barber straighten out the front that he cut crooked. He had random long hairs where the barber missed with the clippers. Overall, it was a bad haircut. I would expect it from someone who is just learning but here, no. Over priced as well. Ill be all too happy to not visit again."
