"9 years ago when I started coming to Dr. Campbell, I would give them five stars. I love Dr. Campbell and Valerie! However, practice was fairly new at that time and they have taken on many clients without regard to servicing their current clients, in my opinion. I tried to schedule a cleaning for my daughter and I was put on a waiting list. I have never been on a waiting list with Dr. Campbell. Well, the waiting list took us about 3 months to get in. If you need to reschedule, it may be the same thing. If you are able to make your appointments and schedule them 6 month ahead of time without any changes, then this is a wonderful, wonderful place to go. Unfortunately, now that my daughter is a teenager, it doesn't always work out so well for me. They have not returned a message I left them a week ago which also falls into servicing your current clients effectively. They are not in network but they do cover most of the cost unless it's a one-off thing. However, I believe I will be looking for an in network practice that has more flexibility when it comes to scheduling."

"Campbell Dental came highly recommended. When I called to make an appointment, they told me my dental insurance was out of network. I was disappointed, but told them that I would find another provider. They said they would go ahead and run the insurance and give me an estimate for a first-time appointment and cleaning. They called back the next day to say it looked like insurance would pay for most of the cost, so I made an appointment. I was pleased with the service and would happily return if I didn't then receive two bills for almost $400 total. I understand fully that an estimate is an estimate, but I would not have agreed to come in when I could have received the same services elsewhere for a fraction (if not zero) of the cost. This is all to say, go somewhere else in network no matter what the staff at the front desk tells you."

"Dr. Campbell discovered I had a cracked molar and put a crown on it yesterday. He has an enamel milling machine that creates the crown on site as you wait. The procedure was pain free and today, the day after, The fit of the crown is perfect. I cannot feel any difference in my bite, and the tension I was holding in my jaw before the crown is gone."

"I've been with Campbell Dental going on a decade. My teeth have never been straighter (Invisalign's) or healthier (Hygienist Valarie & Dr Campbell) Wonderful place to go, people are always nice and the finished product is amazing."

"I can only say good things about this dental office. I have always had issues with going to the dentist but Dr. Campbell is fantastic. I have now been in on multiple occasions for different work that needed to be done and each time he makes sure that I am comfortable and not in pain. The staff is super friendly and very supportive to those of us that don't care for going into the dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Campbell and the rest of the team."
