"The receptionist at the front desk was very nice polite kind... but that's as Good as it gets. we went to pick up the car notice that there was two scratches on the other side of the car that we're not there to begin with how that happened I have no clue of course all that the manager kept repeating was we have pictures we have pictures we have pictures I even was ready to come and have them fix it and pay for it myself but all he kept doing is repeating himself we have pictures. they took pictures so they're saying they're not liable! I tryed contacting someone higher up with an email about the way the manager handled it. ( Like I said I was willing to pay to have it fixed) i never got an answer back from the email that I sent to the main office. Then I get to really looking at it there is more scratches from where I guess they had to take things apart as you can see in the picture they put a really good one at the top where the door opens and you can see in the other picture it's not fixed like it should be. I will never go back to this business again. All of this from someone else backing into us that was bad enough but to have a job done badly who knows what else that you can not see is done wrong please beware! Laura garrison"
