"Went to this place because of the reviews I saw online but left feeling very disappointed. From the moment I came in, the environment felt cold and not welcoming at all. Never have I ever been at a place where the dentist doesn't even look at you when you come in. That made me feel NOT welcome from the get-go. Additionally: 1. They play country music very very loud and don't even bother to lower the volume when people come in. 2. The dentist kept asking the receptionist (in front of me) if my insurance covered the X- rays twice a year and since she said no I assumed this is the reason he was acting as unfriendly as he did during the whole cleaning process. 2. Not only was the dentist cold and unfriendly, the cleaning process was very rough. Needless to say I do not recommend this place to anyone. I left feeling uncomfortable and not happy. I would definitely NOT come back. This is something I have never experience at a dental practice before."

"This was one of the best dental experiences I've ever had! There was no pressure to buy services I didn't need and they took great care of me. The office is clean and has new technology (like the portable X-Ray). They gave me this reusable shopping bag with a full size mouth rinse on my way out. Overall, great experience and I will be back!"

"Hero Family Dental is AMAZING! We took our daughter for her first dental appointment, and we were all worried of how it would go. But Dr. Joo and his staff took such good care of her and made sure she was comfortable before doing any procedures, and they even had Cocomelon on the screen for her! Absolutely the best experience, friendly staff and Dr. Joo is VERY knowledgeable and caring. Their latest technology tools made it such a hassle free appointment especially when taking an x-ray for my toddler. I could not recommend it enough for anyone needing a new dentist. The best part? They are open on Saturdays too! We are definitely going back there for the rest of the family. I would 10/10 recommend Hero Family Dental and Dr. Joo. *** Please DO NOT confuse Hero Family Dental with Hero Way Dental Clinic. Google will sometimes give your the wrong search, so I had a hard time finding the right info online. ***"
