"Terrible , Do not use these unprofessional people, They left me and my truck stranded without ever calling or coming to where my truck was stranded in a Kroger parking lot , They were supposed to be there after confirming time and place .. Never showed up ,never answered my calls or text ..had to call a reliable company to help me . Never again ."

"Came out to replace fuel pump. I let Rob borrow one of my tools ( I didn't get it back) I called the next day he said he didn't have it. Not saying he stole it but I sure can't find it. Anyways he replced the fuel pump. 2 days later I have fuel pouring out all over my truck and on the ground. ( one of the fuel lines was not put on correctly and came off. So now I'm on side of the road. I called him and told him about it and sent him a picture his response was "oh wow" and never heard from him again.. I would not use him or recommend his work."

""Rob" is right! I didn't know where all these reviews are coming from ,but the guy "Rob" did show up to my house for a check engine light issue, he said he would run some cleaner through and should fix the issue, charged me 385 for the service and was done in less than 30min. Got paid and left. We drove the car less than 5 miles light came back up, called him back and he didn't answer for 2 days ,he did come back out and say Oh this part is bad and needs to be changed. I told him I would order the part and it would be here next day he agreed to come back and put it on. Part came in he was called and never showed up, called and texted for 4 days straight no answer nor reply. So I basically paid 385 dollars for him to clear the code and nothing else, so yes Rob did Rob me! He is very unprofessional and is not accountable for his actions . He doesn't return calls nor follow up with his clients. He is very shady even his address is an empty lot! I'm sure he did that so the people he scams can't find him. I will be filing with the BBB also . I ended up taking it yo the GM dealer who charge me less than 300 dollars and actually fixed the issue! Do not use this guy those reviews can't be true listen to the warning people Rob will scam you out of your money! Also when you try to call the number it is a different number everytime, the number changes evrytime you call, he must screen the calls so he doesn't get caught!"

"He came same day so giving him 4 stars for the service. He Is a good mechanic and friendly. He installed my alternator, and a serpentine belt fairly quick. I deducted 1 star as I gave him my expectations on Maxim cost of parts as I already researched the cost of the Ultima Alternator and belt at a maximum of $250 with tax. Which should have been $497.00 total with his $250 labor. Would I use him again? Yes, but with my purchased parts as I could have saved money and actually have a receipt for the parts. But would recommend his service."
