"Unfriendly staff. Me and my husband came for a pick me up to get us through until night and the barista said “I can only make one drink because I close in 5 minutes” gave us a straw that was unfortunately broken and said “have an amazing rest of y’all’s life”. Weird final statement to make to someone you’re trying to get to return."
"Jamal is excellent. He is professional, compassionate, and understanding. The coffee machine broke down right after I ordered and he went through great lengths to get me my refund because it was just a few minutes from closing. He even stayed after his shift and waited in line to help me out. It's customer service like this that keeps us coming back! 5 stars! Thanks Jamal!!"
"The last two times I have ordered ahead with the app. Both times my orders were more than 15 minutes late. The baristas didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting. I had to wave my arms to get any attention. They were not busy, it was 4pm. Neither time was I apologized to, and it made me late having to wait for them to get my order a second time. Very disappointing bc I’ve gone there for awhile now."
"They got my order wrong and took the wrong payment (wanted to use my birthday reward, but they scanned my SB card instead) The girl at the register did not listen to me, whatsoever. They made another customer's order (2 beverages) before correcting mine. Waited 20 min total to get the correct drink and it was still missing an ingredient. Disappointing to say the least."
