"The atmosphere was definitely a vibe , i had a great time , however the waitress she had no clue what was going on nor did i think she could keep up. We put in a drink order and she literally forgot about it, so much so we had to walk to the bar to order."
"There are only a couple of bartenders that give excellent service other than Kendahl and Alyssa, my experiences have been subpar at best. Staff caters to friends and regulars 99% of the time. There seems to be zero care to acquire new patrons."
"We came in around 630pm on a Saturday to waste some time while my son was at a birthday party in the area. A jazz man was playing along to songs, letting patrons sing karaoke while he played his saxophone. We had such a blast playing billiards and listening to great music. I wish we lived closer and we would come frequently!"
"As someone that used to come here regularly... This place is now HORRIBLE. Food: Everything is worse than it used to be and even worse than you'd expect. It's bad, really bad. Service: Extremely understaffed. After waiting 15 minutes at a table we got up to leave and the server ran over to tell us she'd be right with us. This happened with multiple tables. This is NOT a complaint about the servers, this is CLEARLY a management issue. With literally a 0/4 correct order on our food, the manager DID comp our meals which was appreciated but it was all so bad that it's not worth eating. The downfall about this is the manager was straight up scolding our server ON THE FLOOR. She was CLEARLY doing what she could with what she had. Ummm, drinks were good! Atmosphere: It's a very weird spot. The layout is weird. The projector is HORRIBLE, please note that I am actually the one who installed it a year ago and it has not been maintained at all. We will never be back. You've been warned."
