"Definitely a NO-GO for me going forward. I expect professionalism, courtesy and proper respect from an organization which wants to have the priveledge of billing my insurance for at least 5K. The front desk and insurance personnel were about as surly and disengaged as one could imagine. The front desk receptionist not only didn't greet me, but none of the other customers at all as they come in the lobby, she just looks at you in shock as to why you're standing in front of her. The "insurance" verifier has one hand on the computer mouse the other on her cell phone and was a poor listener. Probably, because they were focused on their cell phone more than what I kept repeating to her. On the positive note: the Hygienist did very well. She was the ONLY person who was professional, competent and personable.--------- The dentist left a lot to be desired. Bedside manner is non-existent. Too concerned with speaking to me in "dental language" that only he understands. I refuse to be a billing portal for them to get rich and make my dental care miserable. ----- My post may not impact their culture or service, BUT it will be here for good. My advice is IF you have a choice, don't go here. Dental work is too expensive and too invasive to endure additional indignities by apathetic personnel."

"The whole office was amazing they worked me in quickly. Dr Cheng did a great job he was comforting and professional. I have dental anxiety and he make sure I was okay every step of the way! Also Amanda was extremely helpful I had insurance issues and she was able to help me get a great care plan together and she was happy to do so. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Daghestani is a great dentist. He is a tremendous asset to the profession and this clinic.
