I also purchased an alignment when I got close to 68, 70 mph my car started wobbling so went back and they said they couldn’t fix it so I did get my money back but still have this wobble I just bought this Jeep and it did not do this before so Now what??"
"Came in to have my oil changed and they offered me the front and rear diff to be serviced since it was close to the 100k miles mark. Whenever they serviced my front diff it seems they were in such a rush they didn’t tighten my drain plug enough or properly and caused it to leak slowly until my front diff was bone dry and a different shop found the issue."
"This is the worst place ever. MY TRUCK HAD TO BE TAKEN TO A MECHANIC SHOP AFTER GOING HERE!!!!!! I went in for an oil change and an hour later as I’m picking my kids from school my steering wheel got extremely hard I thought my car was going to break down thankfully I was able to get home with my kids. I called and informed they said they do an “investigation” turns out the employee didn’t mention to the other employee that my car didn’t have Power steering fluid. The manager said “ He did open it but didn’t mention to her you didn’t have fluid. ITS ON THE VIDEO. But we don’t have the fluid for your truck.” I told him well why on the receipt it says it was checked and it is ok? He then said well that’s not a reason for your steering wheel to get hard. I live far and I had my brother come and add fluid to it so I could take it a mechanic shop bc now my vehicle is also leaking oil something it was not doing! My truck was perfect the only thing it needed was an oil change! I honestly don’t recommend. I paid never asked for a refund or a discount this place is horrible and so are the employees."
