"I am unhappy with your store service on Aug 29. This is a driveshaft off 1999 Chevy Silverado for Center Carrier Bearings. When I brought it in your shop, splines were in 100% perfect condition. Replacement part Anchor Brand 6063 does not bite, neither scratch the splines during slide on. I already tried. When I received the complete driveshaft from counter, I see these dents. I did not want to tell your people as I was too upset in words. I do not have to lie. ALL FACTS stated above. It truly hurts my feelings. I called but Mr. Rolland who I talked to denied the damage. I have to leave this review."

"Finding a reputable auto repair service in Alvin, TX is next to impossible! On the recommendation of a neighbor who had received great service there I drove in to Rolands with a non functioning AC. Immediate friendly service and explanation of what needed to be done. Three hours later I received a call at home that the car was ready for pickup.... I expected a day or two and a bill to break the bank. AC works as new at a reasonable charge and they even gave me a veterans discount which I never asked for or expected. After having bad prior dealings in times past with at least 5 other Alvin Auto Repair shops I can honestly say that Rolands's Precision Machine now has my business and my thanks..."
