"Whenever I'm in a hurry for lunch I always order online for pickup and just eat inside. This helps so you don't have to wait for your food to be prepared. Highly recommend this if you have a 30-minute lunch."
"Orders placed online seem to be given sooner than when dining in. This particular wingstop tends to always be busy - that could be one the reasons. Tried the new hot/lemon pepper wings - horrible taste. I was sure I'd like it - I love their hot wings and lemon pepper corn, but combined as a flavor on a wing, did not sit well in my mouth. Their corn can use a bit more seasoning, so I recommend asking for that if ordering (I've only ever experienced their corn with lemon pepper seasoning). Fries have a good taste with a subtle seasoning taste. Look for the deals they have going on."
"Horrible service at this place they put you on hold & never pick up to place an order. We asked if they dont take phone orders & was given attitude. They wasnt even ppl for them not to be able to answer the phone."
"Don't go to this place! It took over an hour for the order to be ready. When we opened it, we found THICK CURLY hairs on the food. When we called the manager, Genesis, she said she couldn't give a full credit. Then she mentioned that the kitchen employees are not allowed to use a net on their hair."
"I've yet to have a positive experience in terms of wait time at this location. The first time I came, I waited over an hour for food that ended up not being fresh. The chicken sandwiches were dry and the fries were warm at best and soggy. This time, I was told I would have a 15 minute wait which also turned into an hour for 3 tenders and fries. The only upside was that this time the food was fresh and delicious. The guy in front of me placed an online order that they mysteriously couldn't find. If you are on a time schedule, best not come here hoping your food will be ready on time."
