"Argued with me for an hour about my air filter. Would not take no for an answer. Was telling me my check engine light will come on and saying it's the air I breathe and need to change it. I just wanted a quick oil change. Took 45 mins to even start."
"The job was completed. The workers were cordial and knowledgeable. What is not fine is calling it a 5 or 10 minute oil change on the commercials. I pulled up at 12:35PM with one car in front of me getting an oil change. 30 minutes later their oil change was done and I was asked to pull forward. I left at 1:20 PM with my oil changed. The price doesn't really match the service either though. $115 for an oil change that takes an hour. I can go to another mechanic and get it done faster and cheaper. I'm not sure that I will be coming back."
