"This is an honest opinion about this dental office. As a new patient, do not expect a cleaning on the same day as your visit. The dentist herself told me after I had spent an hour in the office that new patients don't get same day cleanings. Here is a run down of my visit, so you can make an educated decision on choosing this dental off And request the appropriate time off from work. I booked an appointment for a semi annual cleaning and check up, here's what I got. I spent an hour at this office, with the dental assistant who took X-rays as per usual, the dentist then came in and examined my teeth again as per usual. She then said if she had time "she would clean my teeth however her hygienist has called in" and she wasn't sure if she had time. I was frustrated at this point because I have never gone to a dental office and not gotten a cleaning or had to come back for a cleaning. I expressed my frustrations with the dentist and she told me that it's her office policy not to do cleanings during new patient visits. I told her no one told this to me. If someone had told me this I would not have chosen them. The office has many call ins this day and their computer system was down. I told the dentist that if someone would have communicated with me all of the haphazards the office was having I would have rescheduled. Instead this office wasted a complete hour of my time. Now I have to wait another four weeks just to get my cleaning done. Choose this office if you don't mind taking multiple visits to get a simple semi annual cleaning. Don't pick them if you value your time and like to get your dental appointment done in one day."

"I have been visiting this dentist for several years now and have had no issues until this time. In exam room number one during my cleaning the hygienist was having issues with the equipment we had to wrap it in paper towels and put paper towels on my face and on my neck because water was just pouring out of the waterpik getting everywhere also she was having trouble getting it going the foot pedal would not work half the time other than the outdated equipment everyone there was very nice and friendly as usual."
