"I had a 7:30am apt I was told by the apt call center to arrive 15 min early. I arrive at 7:15 on the dot. After filling out all my first time apt information. I WAITED and WAITED 8:18am management (Rose) said they were short staff and it would be longer. I told (Rose)my apt was at 7:30 and I was told to be here early. She stated it was not under her control. I was booked by the call center and she has 2 other patents being attended to. If I was 45 min to 1 hr late Aspen Dental would cancel my apt. Yet they can be late in seeing you, and just say it not under their control. Aspen dental need to do better in treating pts. Much better. I give this facility 0 if this is how they start off. Also We’ll attempt to book my apt. Office personal stated with my dental insurance I could not be verified. I waited an extra 3 day for them to finally clear me. Even though I have given them all my insurance information. So basically it was a waste of 4 days."
