"I had my first visit at waterview and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, I had lots of work done in one day and they made me feel very comfortable during it all!"
"My husband had a similar experience just like the reviewer Carolyn and Tia. He went in today for a “basic” cleaning and they attempted to hit him with the “periodontal” cleaning. I called them and announced myself as a Benefits Coordinator. I help my employees deal with issues such as this. I informed her that it’s his choice to get a basic cleaning if that’s what he wants. The rep says he is not a candidate for a “basic” cleaning. I won’t entertain that last statement from her because it’s utterly wrong. Along with this nonsense, they show him a bill of $124 that he would have to pay. Insanity, when the service offered should have been a basic cleaning which are 100% covered. Then they proceeded to tell him he need to make a decision in 3 minutes. A pressure tactic to get patients to fold. I feel like this place makes up things to get the most that they can for dental claims at the expense of the patient. My husband left without a cleaning and will go elsewhere. It’s unfortunate for the patients who get caught up with this scheme."

"I went to this dental office to get an exam and cleaning. The dental assistant was very nice. I was then seen by the hygienist. The hygienist did some probing on my teeth and then told me he would be right back. I waited for quite a while. A woman came into the room and asked me if they had told me about my cleaning. I said no. She proceeded to tell me that I needed a special cleaning. She whipped out a brochure (in Spanish) and told me about some payment plan I needed to pay for my cleaning. I have NEVER had to pay extra for a cleaning, because my insurance always covered my services. I was made to feel like I had no other choice but to pay them money I really did not have to spend. I was so shocked that I had to fork over money because they thought I needed Perio cleanings, which I never needed before. I am writing this review, because I want everyone to be aware of their scam charges. Shame on them for making me pay money that wasn't necessary!"
