"Avoid this office at all cost. I asked for a referral to be sent to a pediatric dentist for my child (per my insurances request) over 2 weeks ago & it still hasn’t been done. Also, I got a notification that my appointment is for 8:40am tomorrow when I specifically remember making it for 9:20. I can’t come that early with school drop offs. I’ve tried calling the office over & over but no one answers or even bothers calling you back. The front office is so unprofessional! I also asked what my copay would be beforehand for a general checkup/cleaning and never got told. Never experienced such bad service with a dental office before."

She was very professional, and I was pleased that she took her time and performed the procedure patiently. The receptionist was kind and professional from start to finish.
