"Racist, rude and dishonest, WORST FRONT OFFICE STAFF ever!! I don't even want to give them any stars but Google doesn’t allow that. They took me in for deep cleaning for 2 sessions late last year but only did 1 session for one side and then never scheduled me for the second session even after asking so many times. Every time I called in they told me they did have any appointments. They should have known that before they signed me up, now going to another dentist for the 2nd session is a pain. I finally went into office since they didn’t entertain me well over the phone. The lady at the front office was so rude and when I asked her name so that I can make a complain against her she even refused to give me her name, so unprofessional. I hate writing reviews, but I feel like I have to share my terrible experiences to help other avoid this place.warn others about this terrible experience."

"Olim and Associates is a wonderful practice. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Sheri is an amazing hygienist and did an wonderful job. She made me feel comfortable, was attentive and had a gentle touch. Dr. Sarah is kind, professional and always has time to answer any questions or concerns. She really cares about your dental health and makes everything as quick and painless as possible. Highly recommended this practice!"

"I always have a good experience when I come here. Today was no exception! I had Sheri clean my teeth and when I tell you how fabulous she is, you gotta believe me! I have had some very aggressive hygienists before (at other offices) and Sheri had such a gentle yet effective touch I was pleasantly surprised when she said “all done!” It went by so quickly with zero pain!! Highly recommend!!"
