"Had to edit this review… sales associate straight up lies to get your business, then when they don’t deliver, she is dismissive and calls you rude if you say you’re not good with being lied to. Warning sales associate claims to be the owner (more lies). When picking up my shirt it was done properly, but the youth who claimed to be the owner told me not to come back to any of “her” locations. I have posted a picture of the owner for anyone to know who it is. I have not been able to interact with the real owner. I’m sure she would be way better."
"Started off strong, great communication on when shirts are ready. All went down hill when I brought in 3 shirt to get a small embroidery for my work company, paid upfront for the cost and was told would be done by friday ( drop off was Monday) , figured they had lots of orders coming in and I was in no rush so said sure. Waited all Friday for a call or text, called 3 times and no answer, last time lady answered and said she would check and line magically disconnected. went in by the afternoon, and was told they weren’t ready. 30 min drive for nothing., no text or call to let me know. A simple text would’ve sufficed . Expressed my frustration and would need them by the next day, lady said to come in an hour and would have them ready just for them give me 2 shirts then ripped my 3rd shirt and said I could buy another one so they can try again and said they would pay me back if I decide to go that route . Poor communication and was left very aggravated by the whole situation."
"Failed to send digitized file for approval before beginning embroidery process on a hat from the 1990’s and completely ruined it. Terrible customer service. Denied for a partial refund. I didn’t even ask for a FULL refund which I deserve. Work with them at your own risk. — I worked with multiple embroidery shops in major cities across the United States and I’ve never had this issue before. Make sure you DEMAND your digitized file and you approve the artwork before they embroider your personal items."
"Bad Business, unprofessional, inconsistent work. Took my money and didn’t fix my jacket. The name should be two words not all one word. Won’t answer my phone calls or messages now."
